Fonts & Mask of choice
I can't remeber where I got my mask
The fonts are called Binner Dee & A&S Snapper Script

Ready for another Easy One?

Open a New Image 700/700
Find the Flag Paper
Mask/New Mask Layer/Mask of choice
Merge/Merge Group

Red Frame or one of Choice
Resize
Magic Wand/Selections/Expand by 5/
Selections/Invert/Delete on your keyboard
Move Paper below frame
Dropshadow

Grab another Frame of Choice
Resize
Get another Paper
Same steps as above
Rotate Frame & Paper
Left 15 degrees
Dropshadow that Frame too

Get the Tube you are going to use
Dropshadow

Find one of the Hangers you are wanting to use
Resize/Place it to the Right of your Tube
Dropshadow

Now find one of the Flowers
Resize/Place it on top of the Hanger
Dropshadow

There are Lots of Stars
Find the ones you are wanting to use
I Rotated the first one 15 degrees to the Left
and the Last one to the Right
Dropshadow

Type out your Wording
Move it below your Tube
Dropshadow

Add Your Copywrite & Name
And Your Done
